A beautiful, traditional village hall with modern facilities - ready for you to use.
Our pretty, rural village hall is located in the century-old St. Aldhelm’s building on the edge of the New Forest, close to Fordingbridge and the A338, and convenient to Ringwood, Salisbury and the surrounding area. Comprehensively refurbished in 2021, we offer a modern, welcoming facility - perfect for your individual or group needs.
Our hall has a large, flexible main space that can accommodate up to 80 persons, a small kitchen that can support the preparation and service of refreshments and snacks, and our toilets have both disabled and baby-changing facilities. The lovely, warm, brick hall interior is furnished in neutral colours that will match any colour scheme you might wish to introduce.
The hall is surrounded by a grassed garden area that can be used for outdoor events. We have a small carpark but are located on a road with no parking restrictions.
Our village hall is our community centre, but is also available for hire for a broad range of external activities, events and celebrations, such as wedding receptions, birthday celebrations and children's parties, all at competitive rates. We can support a wide variety of activity organised by local clubs, classes and instructors, and our hall is an ideal venue for public, private or business meetings. There is free WiFi and the hall benefits from a comprehensive, contemporary Audio-Visual System.
Sandleheath Village Hall is a delightful venue in attractive surroundings, and we would be delighted for you to use us for your regular activity or your next special event. In these web pages, you’ll find all the information you need to find out about our facilities and book our wonderful village hall.
