Joanna's personal training is suitable for all fitness levels. It consists of:

Hiitstep - Tuesday 9:00am

Hiitstep is a 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercise class using only bodyweight and a step. It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have competed for and worked with Team GB.

Circuit Training - Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm

Circuit Training is a full body workout using body weight and various pieces of equipment. The class comprises of various workout stations with a variety of exercises. it targets strength building and muscular endurance. All exercises can be adapted and performed at your won pace.

Bridge has been proven to improve your mood, reduce stress and strengthen cognition.

This club is a great place where you can come across with similar like minded people and push a few cards around the green felt.
